“Churros...” Even the name melts in our mouth as we roll our tongues to say it! Inspired by trips to the plaza in Mexico on Saturday afternoons, walking from vendor to vendor under vibrant papel picado and piñatas, with newspaper-wrapped churros in hand, we made these Grain Free Churro Strips! Not only are they extremely delicious, but they’re also made with simple ingredients like cassava flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla bean powder, so everyone can enjoy. All that’s left for you to decide is whether or not to pair with cajeta, dip in hot chocolate, or savor straight from the bag!

What is the difference between the Buñuelos and the Churro strips?

We churr' are excited that you got your hands on our new Grain Free Churro Strips! Same as siblings, our Grain Free Buñuelos and Grain Free Churros have similar ingredients, but have their own unique personalities! We love our buñuelos for the nostalgic family tradition that they are around holidays; and we love our churros for the wonderful memories of markets, fairs, festivals! Unlike our seasonally available buñuelos, however, our churros will be hitting the shelves and staying there year-round.

What is the shelf life of Tortillas and Tortillas Chips?

Tortillas Keep 'n Care:

Our products are 100% preservative-free, so they're best kept refrigerated or frozen. If placed in refrigerated unopened, they will keep for 21 days; if opened and stored in the fridge, please consume within 7 days. If you're not hungry for tortillas right now, or if you're stockpiling them for a zombie apocalypse, then they'll last even longer in the freezer (three months).

Tortilla Chip Keep 'n Care:

Our grain free tortilla chips are best consumed by the expiration date. Be sure to store opened bags of tortilla chips with a chip-clip to ensure maximum tastiness.

What are your freezing/thawing recommendations for Tortillas?

What do we love more than love? Not much. But tortillas...well, that's a love story of it's own. Ready to heat things up? Start with your tortilla! And this dramatic video!

1. Heat a griddle, flat top, pan, or comal over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.

2. Warm tortilla for 10-15 seconds on either side (should see the tortilla rise in bubbles).

3. Enjoy!

I LOOOVVE Siete. I wish they were in more stores. They’re the only chips I eat because of the clean ingredients and yummy taste!

Siete chips gave me the freedom to snack again. I can’t eat canola oils, sunflower oils, etc. Only avocado and olive oil. So that limits what snacks you can eat by a lot. I found Siete chips and can finally eat chips again ❤️
