2 bags Siete Chipotle BBQ Potato Chips
1lb. Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless

1 cup Cassava Flour
3 Eggs, whisked

In a food processor, blend the Chipotle BBQ Chips until it turns to a fine crumble. Place the crumbs in a large bowl and set aside.
Slice chicken into long sticks or “French fry” shapes. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Season the cassava flour with the garlic powder and onion powder.
First, dip all of the chicken in the seasoned cassava flour to fully coat, then in the whisked eggs, and finish in the chipotle BBQ chip crumbs.
Bake or air fry the chicken fries at 400F for 12-14 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Season with additional sea salt after removing from the oven.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
For those with a mild spice preference, you can alternatively coat your chicken fries in the Siete Sea Salt Potato Chips or Siete Queso Potato Chips
For a vegan option, you can substitute the chicken for tofu!
