You know those words that lose meaning the more you say them? Yeah, well “quiche” isn’t one of them and we will tell you why. For all the ways you can enjoy quiche—as a breakfast quiche, summer quiche, holiday quiche, kitchen-sink quiche—quiche is a word (and a plate) that’s constantly redefining itself through all the possible mix-ins. For instance, this Turkey quiche, made with our Grain Free Burrito Size Tortillas and our dairy free Spicy Blanco Cashew Queso—as enjoyable as a quick and easy way to repurpose leftover turkey, as it is as a buildable base for you to recreate your quiche every time.



  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. 
  2. Heat Burrito tortilla over medium-high heat for 3-5 seconds on each side to become pliable. Using a sprayed pie tin or 8-inch round mold, place tortilla in pan, and bake for 4 minutes. 
  3. In a bowl, combine queso, eggs, turkey, spinach or cilantro, and sea salt. Whisk thoroughly.
  4. Remove burrito crust from the oven and fill with egg filling. 
  5. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered and then cover for 10 additional minutes.
  6. When removed from the oven, uncover and let sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
