A Turkey Chipotle Cranberry Burrito for lunch? Don’t mind if we—er...you do! Simply build your burrito with a chipotle mayo made from our Whole30 Approved Chipotle Hot Sauce, turkey leftovers, cranberry sauce, broccoli, roma tomatoes, and avocado. And there you have it, folks—one delicious way to tackle your turkey stockpile one burrito at a time!
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise & hot sauce and set aside.
Heat tortilla in a large skillet over medium-high heat on both sides, until it becomes pliable.
Place about 1 tablespoon of chipotle mayo in the center of the tortilla and layer turkey, cranberry sauce, broccoli sprouts, tomato and avocado on top. Roll burrito tightly.
Spray a skillet with avocado spray and heat to medium-high. Sear burrito until golden brown on both sides and enjoy.
