Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

Best day of the week? FRYday, of course! Made with just seven (siete!) ingredients, this gives us just one more reason to TGIF any day of the week.⁠



  1. Preheat oven at 400F. 
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into ¼”-½” fries. Place fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  3. Coat all fries with avocado oil and then sprinkle with all seasoning and coat thoroughly.
  4. Bake on middle rack for 30-40 mins or until fries are cooked through and crispy.
  5. Mix vegan mayo with zested garlic ( ½ garlic clove if its a large clove!), lemon juice, and habanero. Serve with fries.
