Best day of the week? FRYday, of course! Made with just seven (siete!) ingredients, this gives us just one more reason to TGIF any day of the week.
- Preheat oven at 400F.
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into ¼”-½” fries. Place fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Coat all fries with avocado oil and then sprinkle with all seasoning and coat thoroughly.
- Bake on middle rack for 30-40 mins or until fries are cooked through and crispy.
- Mix vegan mayo with zested garlic ( ½ garlic clove if its a large clove!), lemon juice, and habanero. Serve with fries.
