Whole30 Habanero Buffalo Wings

If you like it then you should have put a wing on it—...that's how the song goes, right? If not, maybe it should.  For instance, just imagine that you already like all the food on your plate, and then, to top it off, you put a wing on it! We'd say "I do" to that happy ending every time, and with this simple and saucy recipe, you can too!

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Wings 
  • 1 Siete Habanero Hot Sauce 
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil 
  • Salt & Pepper

  • To Serve
  • Celery & Whole30 Ranch for Dipping 

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375F. 
    2. Place chicken wings on a baking pan lined with parchment and dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.  Add about 1 tsp of habanero hot sauce on each wing. Mix sauce over each wing thoroughly. 
    3. Bake for 20 mins. Remove from the oven and baste each wing with more hot sauce, making sure that wings are basted on all sides. Return to the oven and repeat after 10 mins and bake for an additional 15 mins. 
    4. Remove from the oven and serve with celery and ranch.
