There are very few words that accurately convey the feelings we have for guacamole. But, if we had to go on record, we might just say, “it’s all we avo want—that holy guacamole.” Actually... "Whole30" guacamole too. It’s the perfect combination of salty and tangy, lime and saline, creamy and spicy. 

Plus, guac’s flavor transcends to many, many meals: chips, burritos, burrito bowls, salads, quesadillas, nachos, sandwiches, avocado toast, baby’s first food, scrambled eggs, tacos (of course)—and the list of literally everything else. So, go on, give ‘em what they want and guac out. 


  • 1 Serrano Peppers, finely minced
  • ⅓ White Onion, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely minced 
  • 3 Large Avocados
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • Sea Salt, to taste



  1. Finely mince serrano, onion, and cilantro.
  2. Mix with salt in a bowl. (This helps extract flavor from the mix.) 
  3. Add avocado and lime juice and mash - in a molcajete works best, but a bowl and a fork work.
  4. Pairs best with Grain Free Lime Chips.
