We see you, getting resourceful and adventurous in the kitchen, and we thought we'd join you (in salud, sabor, and spirit)! Now bringing you recipes directly from our familia, feast your eyes on these Easter Egg Cinnamon Sugar Cashew Tortilla Crisps by our very own Art Director, Aaron!

He says that this delicious recipe was inspired by wanting his kids to have something to decorate for the holiday, despite not having any eggs to dye. But, with some spare Grain Free Cashew Tortillas on hand, they were able to pull off this adorable and sweet treat.

  • Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 Pack of Siete Cashew Tortillas
  • Dairy Free Sprinkles
  • Dairy Free Frosting
  • Cinnamon and Sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Use egg-shaped cookie cutter to press out the desired amount of tortilla crisps.
  3. Use pastry brush to add a light coat of coconut oil to one side of each tortilla crisp.
  4. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon sugar on each tortilla crisp and place side by side on cooking sheet tray. **
  5. Bake for 8-10 mins.
  6. Let cool for 5 mins then decorate with DF Sprinkles and Frosting!

**No scrap left behind! Our family like's to get creative with these--for instance, you can use them to make 'grass,' or a bake-time snack!
