In September drinking horchatasoh! Oh wait...that's not how the song goes... Well, in any case, it's another hot Texas summer and it looks like the heat won't be going anywhere; luckily, we have this amazing Almond Pecan Horchata Paleta recipe that we can keep making through September! Made with only six simple ingredients, we hope this popsicle recipe will become another easy treat that you and your family can enjoy every single hot summer day.


  • 3 cups Water 
  • 1 cup Whole Almonds 
  • 1 cup Whole Pecans 
  • ¾ cup Agave Nectar (light) 
  • ½ tsp Pure Vanilla Paste 
  • ½ tbsp Cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until mostly smooth.  Make sure to keep the mixture stirred to avoid all the pieces of nuts to settle at the bottom.
  2. Place mixture into popsicle molds, and freeze overnight.
