Tex-Mex Turkey Chilli

We can see it, en su casa, with your favorite socks on (ours are the fuzzy kind, with tacos on them—highly recommend, even in summer), kicking back or curling up with a big bowl of chili in your lap as you “Netflix and Chili,” as we call it. One of our favorite go-to comfort foods, this Tex-Max Turkey Chili is made with our Whole 30 Approved Mild Taco Seasoning and Red Enchilada Sauce. All that’s left to do is to figure out which flick to watch next...




  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add avocado oil,  ground turkey, and season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Once turkey is cooked through, add enchilada sauce, along with 4 cups of water. 
  3. Bring to a simmer and add taco seasoning, tamari. 
  4. Let chilli simmer for 30 mins,
  5. Add beans and a stir. 
  6. Serve with a lime wedge and Siete sea salt tortilla chips on the side.
