Some of the best pull-ups and jumping-jacks we’ve ever seen are from kids. Remember that saying, “the bigger you are, the harder you fall?” Well, we’re not so sure about that. (We’ve seen some hefty cats fall graciously from great heights.) But we’re pretty sure there’s something incredible about sharing workouts for kids, to help them stay active and agile. So then, maybe the saying becomes, “the more active they are, the harder they fall asleep?” A parent can dream!
