This refreshing Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca is perfect for any hot summer day, and tastes so good a sip might leave you saying fresc-aaaaah.

2 lbs Watermelon chunks
15 pieces Fresh Mint
1 c Light Agave Nectar
3 Limes, Juiced
Pinch of Salt

2 lbs Watermelon chunks

Directions
In a blender place 1 lb of cut watermelon, Ā½ mint leaves, and 1 qt of water
Blend until smooth and place in a large pitcher
Repeat with the remaining 1 lb of watermelon, mint, and water
Combine in pitcher with agave nectar, lime juice, and pinch of salt
