Agua frescas translates to fresh water but our family enjoys them as chilled drinks filled with our favorite fruits' juices. This refreshing Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca is perfect for any hot summer day, and tastes so good a sip might leave you saying fresc-aaaaah.
Ingredients
2 lbs Watermelon chunks
15 pieces Fresh Mint
1 c Light Agave Nectar
3 Limes, Juiced
Pinch of Salt

Directions
In a blender place 1 lb of cut watermelon, ½ mint leaves, and 1 qt of water
Blend until smooth and place in a large pitcher
Repeat with the remaining 1 lb of watermelon, mint, and water
Combine in pitcher with agave nectar, lime juice, and pinch of salt
