After searing salmon fillets in a cast-iron skillet, we baked them in a zesty sauce made with our Whole30 Approved Red Enchilada Sauce, garlic, olives, and capers. For the final winning touch, garnish with parsley and enjoy!

Made with only a handful of ingredients, including our Whole30 Approved Red Enchilada Sauce, this recipe can be baked in a single cast-iron skillet. Ding, ding, ding! What’s that we hear? Looks like we have a winner winner, salmon dinner! 🏆
4 Salmon Fillets
1 Jar Siete Red Enchilada Sauce
2 Garlic cloves
3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
¼ C Minced Green Olives
2 Tbsp Capers
3 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
4 Salmon Fillets
1 Jar Siete Red Enchilada Sauce
2 Garlic cloves
3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
¼ C Minced Green Olives
2 Tbsp Capers
3 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Heat a cast-iron pan to medium heat. Add oil.
Season each salmon filet with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Sear one side of each salmon until golden brown and set aside.
Add garlic, green olives, and capers into the pan. Saute for 10-15 seconds and add enchilada sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Add salmon fillets back into the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley.
