Seasoned with our Whole30 Approved Mild Taco Seasoning, salmon fillets are cubed and grilled to a flaky perfection, and then loaded into crisp romaine lettuce leaves with sliced tomatoes and cucumber for an added crunch. And, to wrap it all up—an avocado mash starring our Whole30 Approved Jalapeño Hot Sauce, a squeeze of lime, and pinch of salt on top. You'll be clocking in and out of cooking dinner in record time!

Ingredients
1 lb Salmon
1 Package Siete Whole30 Approved Mild Taco Seasoning
1 Siete Jalapeno Hot Sauce
2 Avocados
1 Tomato, sliced into thin rounds
1 Cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
1 Cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
2 Limes
Sea salt
Garnish: Scallions, thinly sliced
Directions
Heat a skillet to medium heat. Cut salmon into 1-inch pieces. Season all sides of fish (will not need the entire seasoning packet.)
Add oil to the skillet and add seasoned pieces of fish (do not crowd the pan).
Sear each piece for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine avocado, 4 tablespoons of hot sauce, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 lime juiced. Combine well.
On each romaine leaf, add cucumber, tomato, seared fish pieces, and jalapeno avocado spread. Garnish with scallions and a squeeze of fresh lime.
