Everyone knows the tale of Peter Piper, but this recipe is inspired by his cousin, Pippa Pepper. You see, while Peter Piper specialized in pickled peppers, Pippa Pepper’s passion was pimento peppers of every kind. Each year, Pippa Pepper holds a Pimento Potluck, where people produce particularly peppery pots, pies, and pico procurements. This delicious Pimento Queso Dip is what we’d be bringing if we got the precious invite (or if any of this tale was real). In the meantime, we’re happy to share it with you and your loved ones—you know, just in queso.
½ jar Siete Mild Nacho Cashew Queso
8 oz Dairy Free Cream Cheese
½ tbsp Garlic Powder
8 oz Vegan Mayonnaise
¼ cup Pickled Jalapeño
4 oz Pimento Peppers, diced
1 bag Siete Kettle Cooked Sea Salt Potato Chips
Paprika
Combine everything except chips & pimento peppers in a blender and blend until smooth. ( Use cashew queso cold.)
Fold in chopped pimento peppers.
Garnish with chopped pimento peppers, a dash of paprika, and serve alongside Kettle Cooked Sea Salt Potato Chips.
