Holy cannellini! If you love roasted carrots, honey, and hummus, you’re in for a treat with this recipe. Perfect for serving as a savory and sweet side to any dish, it’s the sidekick (with a kick!, thanks to our Habanero Hot Sauce) that you didn’t know you needed.

1 lb Carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
2 tbsp Siete Habanero Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
3 Garlic Cloves, grated
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained
2 tbsp Tahini
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Paprika
Garnish: Toasted Sesame Seeds and Chopped Parsley
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Combine ingredients for cannellini hummus in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Place carrots on a pan lined with parchment and drizzle over sauce, making sure each carrot is coated
