If you’ve ever heard us talk about living our Mexican-American hyphen, then you know that we love foods from both cultures. Think: tacosand pizza! So we’re coming in hot with a recipe for all the pizza lovers out there—did we mention that it all comes together in a single pot? With just six ingredients, including our dairy free Mild Nacho Cashew Queso, this simple and quick recipe is our newest one-pot-pizza-stop.

1 Siete Mild Cashew Queso
Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips
1 Roma Tomato, diced small
1 tsp Dry Basil
1 cup Pepperoni, cut into small bite sized pieces
1 tsp Oregano
Fresh Basil to garnish
Heat cashew queso over medium-low heat and add chopped tomatoes, oregano, dry basil, and half of the pepperoni.
Simmer queso, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until queso is warm. Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped basil and pepperoni pieces.
Serve alongside Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips.
