Bake each almond flour tortilla in a 350 F oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
Mix tuna with celery, mayo, hot sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spread avocado over tostadas and top with tuna salad. Garnish with extra hot sauce and fresh cilantro.
