There’s not a lot of things we get jazzed about in life. Okay, that’s a lie!—we get excited at just about everything. But, perhaps many of those things are faint in comparison to our love of potatoes. Hence this super flavorful Chili Cheese Loaded Potatoes recipe! Made with our Whole30 Approved Taco Seasoning, our dairy free Mild Nacho Cashew Queso, and our hearty Red Enchilada sauce, there is a lot to be jazzed about with this recipe.

- Siete Red Enchilada Sauce
- Dairy Free Siete Mild Nacho Cashew Queso
- Siete Mild Taco Seasoning
- 5 Medium Gold Potatoes, cut into wedges
1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 can Pinto Beans
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Avocado Oil
- Green onions for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF
- In a large bowl, combine 4 tablespoon of avocado oil along with Siete Taco seasoning
- Mix to create a paste and toss in potatoes
- Bake on a sheet lined with parchment paper and for 30-40 minutes or until fork-tender
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 3 tablespoon of avocado oil, and ground turkey
- Cook turkey for 10-15 minutes or until completely cooked
- Add drained beans and red enchilada sauce
- Bring to a simmer and add garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder
- Simmer until the sauce slightly thickens
- Heat Cashew queso according to package directions
- To serve: Scoop chili sauce over potato wedges and then top with queso
- Garnish with thinly sliced green onions
