Cassava Pepperoni Pizza

Directions

1. Preheat the oven at 350ºF
2. Mix tomato sauce, dried oregano, pinch of sea salt, and EVOO into a bowl
3. Line baking pan with parchment paper
4. Add cheese to the first, single-layer of crust (1 burrito tortilla)
5. Place the second tortilla directly over the cheese-coated first layer
6. Add tomato sauce mixture atop the second tortilla and basil leaves
7. Add more cheese
8. Bake for 25-30 mins or until cheese is golden brown
