1 packet Siete Mild or Spicy Taco Seasoning
3 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 jar Siete Mild Nacho Cashew Queso
¼ cup Vegan Mayo
3 tbsp Siete Habanero Hot Sauce
Tomato, sliced
Pickled Jalapeños

Avocado
Siete Kettle Cooked Sea Salt Potato Chips
Preheat a cast iron grill or skillet. Combine ground beef with taco seasoning. Divide meat into two and form into patties, about ½ inch thick.
Cook patties on medium-high heat on a grill or skillet, about 5 minutes per side. Once patties have been flipped, add 1-2 tablespoons of queso to warm up on patty as it finishes cooking.
Combine mayonnaise with habanero hot sauce.
Heat burrito tortilla over a skillet on medium-high heat for 10-15 seconds on each side. Place about 1 tablespoon of mayo in the center of burrito wraps.
Layer with tomato slices, avocado, pickled jalapeños, and lettuce.
Flip patties, queso side down, and place on top of garnishes. Fold in all the sides of the burrito wrap and place, seam side down, on a skillet. Sear both sides of the burger.
Cut in half and serve alongside Kettle Cooked Sea Salt Potato Chips.
