These crepes are bananas: B.A.N.A.N.A.S! No, really—we’ve rolled up our Grain Free Burrito Size Tortilla with a creamy vegan cream cheese filling, topped them with a rum-based sauce, chopped bananas, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Ingredients

2 Siete Burrito Tortillas
1 c Dairy Free Cream Cheese
4 ripe Bananas
2 tbsp Plant Butter
2 tbsp Water
½ c Coconut Sugar
2 tbsp Rum
½ tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt

Optional

Powdered sugar to garnish

Directions

In a food processor blend 1 banana with cream cheese
Heat a skillet over medium
Cut bananas into small rounds
Add butter, coconut sugar, water and vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt into skillet and bring to a simmer
Add rum
Add bananas and simmer until they are soft and alcohol in rum has evaporated
About 3-5 minutes
Heat burrito tortilla according to the package and then cut in half
Place a small spoonful of banana cream cheese inside and fold into a triangle
Pour bananas over crepes
Dust with powdered sugar to garnish
